Provision of Technical Assistance

The TSF can be accessed for client-focused technical assistance in any of the following areas:

TSF services are available on a fee-basis to National AIDS Coordinating Authorities, Health and other Ministries, Donor Agencies, CCMs, PRs SRs, local NGOs and regional networks, as well as the Private Sector and other stakeholders engaged in HIV and AIDS programming. These various partners can approach the TSF to source experienced consultants and discuss other types of support whenever required.

Should potential clients not have resources to pay for needed consulting services under the TSF focus areas, an application for support may be submitted to the UNAIDS' Technical Assistance Fund which is administered by the TSF.

Access to Technical Assistance

The TSF reduces the difficulties of finding good short-term consultants at competitive rates by sourcing them from its database or networks. The TSF contracts consultants and actively manages and monitors their performance with clients.
