Quality Assurance
We quality assure the consultant, the process up to the final product; and we do this through
- Screening of consultants and reference checking before entering them into our database
- Matching the right consultant with the assignment and ensuring explicit understanding of the assignment by the consultant
- Orienting consultants with country context, client context and assignment specifics
- Maintain regular contact with client and consultant to ensure a smooth process and to optimize results
- Developing and monitoring milestones and interim deliverables
- Assisting with obstacles that may emerge in the course of the assignment
- Reviewing and refining quality of consultants output
- Soliciting client and consultant feedback for further improvement of TSF services
- Providing ongoing capacity building activities for consultants to improve delivery and quality of outputs.
